There are no changes for the international model this month.

The international model continued with a tough period of performance among Asian names in technology and battery minerals. The market likes Korean memory chips.

The laggards this month were Chinese battery maker CATL XHKG: 3750, the Japanese bank Mizuho Financial Group XTSE: 8411, and Taiwan Semiconductor XNYS: TSM.

On the positive side, we saw French spectacles group EssilorLuxotica XPAR: ESLX turnaround from a long slump, along with reinsurer Swiss RE XSWX: SREN and pharmaceuticals giant Novartis XSWX: NOVN.

Global investors seem to now be looking more widely than the US market, perhaps to hedge portfolios from the inevitable portfolio flows out of the technology bubble.

It is too early to make any major calls, and so we keep the portfolio unchanged.

The updated performance and current portfolio are given below.
